Fix: Opening Smart Scroll in System Preferences no longer hangs for 20 seconds, on some macOS 10.14 Mojave and 10.15 Catalina systems. Fix for System Preferences freezing when Smart Scroll is turned on, on 10.15 Catalina and 10.14 Mojave. If Smart Scroll cannot start at login, it now gives a link to a small tool that should fix the problem. Vector Scroll now shows its icon again when triggered (Thanks, Paul Zeitoun!). Fix: Auto and Hover Scroll now work in Word, Excel and other applications that only partially support Accessibility guidelines.
